One of the most important Fruits Company in Philippines approached FL Tècnics, a ProMach product brand, looking for a complete solution to pack 2,3 Kgs of Pineapple tidbits with syrup into 4 side seal sachets.
FL Tècnics has participated in a tender where many leading manufacturers were invited to submit their proposals. FL Tècnics has been selected to be the most reliable manufacturer for this project, offering complete line with roll stock HFFS machine, automatic film splicer system, pineapple tidbits volumetric filler, gas flashing system, ultrasonic system for the top seal, in-line check weigher and fully automatic product transport & feeding system.
The customer was experiencing low production and much staff because they were packing the product manually. FL Tecnics offered a customized solution, by offering a fully automatic system, using the machine model FL 3.3 H FLT1 for filling of Pineapple tidbits with syrup into 4 side seal sachets for production up to 2.400 sachets /hour filling 2,3 Kgs.

FLTècnics has supplied to one of the most important Fruits Company in Philippines a complete solution for a HFFS rollstock machine model FL 3.3 H FLT1 in simplex version, for packing pineapple tidbits & syrup into 4 side seals sachet with production up to 2.400 sachets/hour for 2,3 Kgs pouch Product.
