A leading international manufacturer of chemical products approached FLtècnics looking for a solution to pack liquid chemical products into 3-side seal sachets.
FLtècnics offered an HFFS machine, coding, complete CIP and counting system with automatic packaging into carton boxes as the customer's current system was experiencing low production speed and product filling splashing with consequent sealing contamination and finished sachets with leakage.
Using the FL 1.4B FLT2 high-speed machine model with a special filling system this client was able to overcome their challenges and produce up to 180 leakage-free pouches per minute.
